We went for lunch after hearing so much about their cuisine and what a fantastic experience! First of all, the service was excellent, we felt at home, I love these hotels lost in small towns that are such pleasnt surprises. The food was incredible, not a single complaint, the assorted croquettes, each one better and creamier than the last, the Black Angus carpaccio is a must. We went for burgers for the first course and what a success, what juiciness and explosion of flavours. The hot brownies were the perfect end to the experience too.

This place is a must-visit. You’re in a secluded location that’s made for enjoying great views and, above all, the silence of the place. Despite being secluded, you have Sigüenza about 7km away, which makes it a perfect place to rest but with the option of going out at night to Sigüenza, or just to see the town that’s packed full of history. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had, not because of the quantity, which is sufficient, but because of its quality. Another detail to highlight is that if you have a dog, and it’s well behaved, it’s the perfect place to take it out and let it run around with complete peace of mind. The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress, which were very hard and with noticeable springs, but that’s the only reason I haven’t given it a fifth star. In short, if you’re looking for a quiet place to sleep, surrounded by the countryside and nature, and you like to visit nearby historic towns, this is the perfect place for you.
